As a responsible and professional training centre,
we are dedicated in providing the highest level of training.
We have developed the Exam
Pass Gurantee and Unlimited Classes Retake Program
as an added value service to prove that we are confident
in the quality of our training courses. We know how
to train people, and we are confident that you can pass
the exam once you finish the course.
We offer EXAM PASS Guarantee program with all of the
training courses, and we will PAY
for the exams that you have not passed! Also,
all of our students benefit from the Unlimited Classes
Retake Program automatically when they enrol. The Unlimited
Classes Retake Program, which allows the student to
retake the same
course, as many times as you like within 1 year!
Here is how it works:
 |
1.
The student is required to attend all the course
sessions with no more than 2 absences from the entire
course, otherwise Exam Pass Guarantee becomes invalid. |
2.
Once the course has finished the student is required
to complete the sample exams and review for the
simulation exams. |
3.
After the student is comfortable with setting the
simulation exams, the student is required to register
and sit the simulation exams. The simulation exams
are developed to give the student a feel of how
real exam look like. |
4.
If the student passes the simulation exam with 80%
or higher (varies with different courses), he or
she can now sit the real exam. If the student did
not pass the simulation exam, he can register for
the simulation exam again whenever he or she feels
comfortable. |
5.
If the student fails the real exam, Info Tech Universe
will pay for the next examination fee in full. Therefore
the student can still take the exam, and he or she
do not need to worry about paying for the examination
fee again. However, the student will be required
to sit the simulation exam again and pass the simulation
exam before taking the real exam. |
6.
If the student fails the real exam for more than
7 times (varies with different courses), the Exam
Pass Guarantee becomes invalid. To illustrate, in
the case of MCSE, you need to pass 7 exams for the
entire course. Therefore you have total of 7 chances
of not passing a real exam regardless of which examination
you take. |
